We maintain a flat organisation for the value it brings to customers.  With a lower overhead we can offer better value.  Also, our approach in doing our work is to eliminate waste and be as efficient and fast as possible.  Some of our favourite words are 6Sigma, Gemba, takt, policy deployment, Scrum, Kanban!

We are strong at setting the right goals at the start and aligning the work to meet these goals.  In the course of projects there is always an adjustment in scope and we react fast to update goals and adjust the work.
